Frida's Mobile grooming accepts Venmo, Zelle, Pay Pal and Cash.
We do NOT take Checks, Credit Card or Debit card at the moment .
Any Cancelation Fees are due before your following Appointment Date ,
We have a Cancellation fee of $50 that is due before your following appointment date .If you need to cancel your appointment you can TEXT- (708-7661267) at least 48 hours before your service date to avoid any cancellation fee .Our answering service hours are Monday to Friday 9;00 am to 5;00 pm .
Note -Monday appointment must be cancel Friday during reception hours. .
In order for us to provide best service possible and keep our furry clients in their best shape and ensure their spot we recommend to prebook your appointment on 2 , 4 ,6 or 8 weeks schedule based on your grooming preferences and goals for you pooch style .
As needed Appointments are NOT always Guaranteed as we susually booked out 2 weeks in advance.
Because we are Mobile and we are working on live pups and unpredictable traffic .We have a 60 minutes arrival window ,however we always arrive as close to the scheduled time as possible .
We will never compromise a pup's safety by rushing to meet a schedule . If you have any time restraints please let us know at the time you booking your appointment.
“HUMANITY OVER VANITY”
We understand matts happen, however de-matting is very painful, stressfull and inhumane process that can create more harm that good .It can cause mental trauma , brush burns,hair breakage that cause more matts, skin irritation and worse case scenario infections.
If matts are severe or in humane to remove we will advise to shave off and start fresh with new hair growth. We won’t compromise the well being of any pooch .
We care about our seniors and special need pups !
Grooming process sometimes can be stressful ,especially for seniors or pups with health problems or special needs. They at higher risk of injury or aggravate existing health problems .
These pups will get a "Comfortable Grooming Session" and will be groom at their peace and comfort in styles that will not add to their stress.
We understand not all pups are perfect for their grooming session and sometimes they not at their best behavior during the process , however we appreciate you inform us prior scheduling an appointment if your pup has any aggressive tendencies or bitten someone before.
SAFETY FIRST , if your pup is beyond our skills and tricks we will have to stop Grooming session and client is responsible of 50% of grooming charge .
